There has been a drought the past few years, the timber that has not been managed properly is dying, There are many different options I have in timber management from thinning the timber to clear cutting and replanting. There is never any out of pocket cost to you and with the proper management your land can make you money for years to come. This business purchases both pine and hardwood timber. There is NOT a track of land too big or too small that I can't handle.
