There has been a drought the past few years, the timber that has not been managed properly is dying, There are many different options I have in timber management from thinning the timber to clear cutting and replanting. There is never any out of pocket cost to you and with the proper management your land can make you money for years to come. This business purchases both pine and hardwood timber. There is NOT a track of land too big or too small that I can't handle. My company has its own equipment and is ready to work, we are insured, and can almost guarantee a better price than the surrounding Timber Management Companies.
A little bit about me. I grew up in the woods not only working with my family but hunting and fishing, also enjoying the land. My family has been in the timber business for five generations. I have children and the goal is to leave the land so they can also enjoy carrying on the family heritage as well.
